Biography :
Licensed Realtor Since 1998 Joined United Real Estate. I was with Platinum Realty prior to United. My first real estate experience is with Prudential Carter Duffy where I specialized in new construction real estate and earned my NSP designation. Worked in multiple subdivision and loved working with builders and contractors and new home owners. I also had a relocation designation and worked with many relocation buyers and sellers.
With the redevelopement of downtown Kansas City I found myself drawn to all of the excitement with all of the new condo projects in downtown. My first condo project was The View a complete gut of the old Vista Del Rio building the city was trying to condem. The developer of this project was a visionaire and saw the great potential of the building and I was very happy he did and he choose me to work on that project. 144 units of new contemporary living spaces in Kansas City. The revitalization of Kansas City is still continuing and I am very very happy to be back working on a project.
I also love working with new buyers and sellers in the suburban market as well. It is always fun to change things up and explore lots of different opportunities in real estate.
